China Foodtech 2015 Show Report

一、 Exhibition introduction：
China International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition (CHINA FOODTECH) which was first launched in 1989, has been one of the most successful domestic exhibitions which have the biggest scale and professional visitors for more than twenty years. The total show space has grown from 5000 square meters in 1989 to 30000 square meters in 2015. In the current environment of global manufacturing into the winter, CHINA FOODTECH 2015 has reached around 300 exhibitors from 14 countries.

3、Show Review
   1、 holding the annual meeting of CFPMA and conference, to enhance China FoodTech 2015 exhibition authority and professional atmosphere.
China Food and Packaging Machinery Industry Association (CFPMA) has held the sixth annual meeting and the fifth Asian food equipment conference during the exhibition. In the annual meeting, the leader from the relevant state department did special report on the current economic situation and released “Twelfth Five-Year” industry development report and “thirtyish five-year” plan, announced and honored “ ten contribution enterprise award”, “ten innovative enterprise award” and so on six awards ; in the fifth Asian food equipment conference，There were 13 professional speakers from national ministries, research institutes, colleges and universities and Chinese and foreign famous enterprises. Both of them have attracted a large number of experts and scholars.

   2．With the same period to hold China international flour products processing technology and equipment exhibition,  improve value-added for visitors
With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and life quality, quick-frozen, convenient, nutrition noodle products have entered innumerable families; from the perspective of food security, the state is to vigorously promote industrialization of staple food. China international flour products processing technology and equipment exhibition exhibited the advanced technology and high-end equipment in the wheat flour food industry, attracted a large number of machine manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad and the purchaser. Nanjing YangZi grain and oil food machinery co., LTD., Henan WanJie food machinery co., Ltd etc have demonstrated its latest technology and high-end equipment. The organizers also held flour processing technology conference, discussed the flour, noodle industrial development, dumpling machine, fresh noodles, and other topics.

   3． Holding more topics of technical conferences to build technology exchange platform for enterprises
During the exhibition, the organizer held more topics of technical conferences, which cover optical detection, drying technology, flour production, fruit juice processing, waste utilization, and other fields. Informative conferences for enterprises set up a technical exchange platform and share the food machinery industry's latest technology and high-end products.

   4． Cooperate with the media, to hold variety of activities to attract buyers and suppliers
During the exhibition, the organizers held “exhibition site purchasing network platform”, and “procurement award”, “300 VIP sample show room”, “Internet + food machinery manufacturing”, “sweep WeChat photos”, that attracted more visitors and exhibitors to participate in.
